This website (“Site”) of the National Automotive and Mobility Investment Company, a Saudi Arabian closed joint stock company acting under the brand TASARU Mobility Investments (“TASARU”). By accessing the Site and its pages, you indicate that you have read these Terms, accept them and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the Site. TASARU reserves the right to change these Terms. You are responsible for checking them regularly and your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any such changes. As used herein, TASARU means the National Automotive and Mobility Investment Company and its affiliates.

“TASARU Trademarks” means all names, marks, brands, logos, designs, trade dress, slogans, graphics and other designations TASARU uses in connection with its services. You may not remove or alter any TASARU Trademarks, or use the TASARU Trademarks, without TASARU’s prior written consent. You acknowledge TASARU’s rights in the TASARU Trademarks and agree that any use of the TASARU Trademarks by you shall inure to TASARU’s sole benefit.

Jurisdiction

These Terms supersede any other agreement between you and TASARU to the extent necessary to resolve any inconsistency or ambiguity between them. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws and any conflict shall be resolved exclusively in the KSA sitting in Riyadh, KSA.

Where permitted under the applicable law, you and TASARU agree that each may bring claims against the other relating to the use of the Site in and individual capacity and not as plaintiff or call member in any purported class or representative action. By using the Site you hereby irrevocably waive the right to join claims with others n the form of a class action or similar procedural device against TASARU. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) Gregorian year after the claim or cause of action arises. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is deemed invalid, the parties agree that the remainder of the agreement shall remain in force and be interpreted to give effect to the intent of the parties reflected in the provisions hereof.
